NOBODY IS ANSWERING MY HEALTH QUESTION in the fitness section : Need running help… total beginner… help?
Therefore, I always wanted to run! I read books, run for beginners and for women. I noticed, and asked questions. I have a treadmill. And, of course, running sneakers. I am always searching. I started walking (3. 0-3. 5 mph) a few summers ago, and every day, every summer, from time to time during the year. Now I want to take seriously. I “ran” a mile Tuesday: warm, slow jogging at 4. 0 mph for two laps, walking to 3. 0-3. 5 to catch your breath, but not seriously affect the heart rate, the other two sets to 4. 0 mph, and cool. There has been intense, and what I always dreamed of. felt burning in calves, quads killed. Ran the next day even with bad quads w / 3 / 4 of the relationship back. Yesterday was only a half mile off a quad bike (of course, I stretched, doing light aerobic exercise too) So, I’m lazy, because my time craves. I had to breathe through the mouth. You do not want to give up, do any of you have advice or riders memories of when you started? It becomes easier not? And I want a sports watch with low price. . . cons calorie counter, distance and heart rate? feedback? all other gadgets? too. . . (The last, promise) do not feel comfortable in nature, however, my career is too poor, and gravity, it is more difficult (although far from sharing the roads run and breathe the fresh air fall, and seeing my surrondings, leaves ..) Nobody starts with a treadmill? You remember the transition? Please share tips. . .
