Nothing worked. I even tried the Hoodia pills. And the production of nearly one hour per day. There is a workout in front of the new magazine of women&#8217;s health, but I thought an exercise ball requires satbility (no spaces) and I&#8217;m afraid of being abandoned by this training. I can not afford a trainer or a gym membership. Should I try this exercise and waste six weeks of my life for me to be a lardass?</p>

My friends think I&#8217;m normal and say they like girls with a little definition in my legs, but some guys told me that the slim, toned, women who choose not normal and is not sustainable long term. However, I can deal with persistent low fat belly like many other women.
