Can I efficiently tone my body with nothing but free weights?
I established a dumbbell collection ranging. Five pounds to 45 pounds each, in pairs, and some dumbbells. Is this enough equipment to tone my body? I hate to use the machines in the gym because I hate the gym environment. I prefer doing it in my basement. Can anyone recommend a good place to get a complete workout for women of good help, but no weights? Suggestions? I am a novice in these things.
When using free weights are their certian repitions that women should do so they won’t get bulky?

Why do many gyms have an area strictly for women to workout ?
The area consists generally of an entire room (or a large space on the main floor) with weight training benches, and machines. Men are prohibited from using this area, there are even signs that say. . . “Only for women.” It’s something I find quite annoying and ridiculous. Women should not be satisfied that way. The fact is that most women seem to use the main plant, including machinery and free weights! Often, it is impossible to obtain a bank, because women are being caused or work out (I’m right …) Please note that n ‘ there is no difference with weights or machines in these areas, women only. Everything is unisex. This leads me to wonder, do you have something to do with reality, women are often “sexy positions “in the exercise, which can attract people somehow? So what the hell is this ????? against women generally pay more than men for a gym that offers this” only Women “field? None of you gave me an answer that is not suggested in the question itself. Does anyone try to think more??
How do women in fitness ads get toned, flat, abdominal areas, and no cellulite or visible body fat?
What could I do to improve my workout routine to get the results I want? I completed the aerobic exercise generally run / jog every day for 8 years and I am the right weight for my estatura.Sin But I’m in my 30s and tend to store a bit of excess fat in the thighs , make more visible cellulite. Besides, my stomach, and simply avoid overwriting. I tried to do abdominal or fitness with free weights, but nothing helped. How do I get the kernel “tone” in discussing infomercials? How do I get the Slim, toned thighs. Fitness ads believe that nobody can be absolutely perfect, like women on television. . . Or is it just a body type that I have not and must realize that it will never happen. . . and keep only my race and forget about perfection? These women are so toned and healthy. What have you done with your training? Ideas?
