Anybody want to evaluate my workout and diet routine?!?
Ok, so I’m 22 years old and weighs 137 pounds. I want to get to 125 pounds (im 5 feet even) and try to eat six meals a day, I start my day at 530 5 and I have a light breakfast (ew i toast, peanut butter or a bowl grains) I have lunch at around 930-10A and oatmeal forever (instant) with some fruit tipoentonces I eat a snack (almonds or vegetable chips) and then for lunch I 1-130 is always a salad spinach with tuna or chicken (olive oil, pepper and lemon as a garnish) and / or veggie burger wrap mostaza.cuando me down, I eat a snack like apples and peanut butter with a stick cheese or yogurt maní.Yo training for 2 hours, 60 minutes and run a collection class that is another hour. Classes include weight training, yoga, Areobics, Pilates, Zumba and cycling. This happens six days a week I entrenamiento.después workout I eat a protein bar with a banana or Kashi frutaluego dinner at 8, which would be a new bean salad or tuna or chicken or to a veggie burger. My sound can not be systematic? Am I missing something? or am I too eat. I cheated and ate meatballs today, 3 CUS havent had in months! I have heard and protein shakes are ideal for after training, but all these powders “and I’m not bodybuilding I do not get hoarse monotone. Protein Shakes are great for women?” And I exercise a lot ? Please help.
