P90X muscle gain for women?

I want to start P90X when I reach my desired weight. I am curious about how much muscle I gain weight if I do not plan on nutrition and fitness plan exactally how I’m supposed to. Will I gain 15 pounds of muscle? What should I expect. I know it can be different for all people who just want an estimate general.mis goals is to have the best stomach and obliques as I can, very nice legs and an athletic body fat percentage, but still maintain my natural curves.
