tennis, men and women both have extremely long endurance and can run and play, seems like an eternity. are in very good shape. Do you know of a workout routine to do to get fit and healthy? much time running in a session to stay in shape. what their training? Im trying to get in shape, and it seems to me, if I want to be in unbelievable form, simply follow the training of tennis players.

Anybody want to evaluate my workout and diet routine?!?

Ok, so I’m 22 years old and weighs 137 pounds. I want to get to 125 pounds (im 5 feet even) and try to eat six meals a day, I start my day at 530 5 and I have a light breakfast (ew i toast, peanut butter or a bowl grains) I have lunch at around 930-10A and oatmeal forever (instant) with some fruit tipoentonces I eat a snack (almonds or vegetable chips) and then for lunch I 1-130 is always a salad spinach with tuna or chicken (olive oil, pepper and lemon as a garnish) and / or veggie burger wrap mostaza.cuando me down, I eat a snack like apples and peanut butter with a stick cheese or yogurt maní.Yo training for 2 hours, 60 minutes and run a collection class that is another hour. Classes include weight training, yoga, Areobics, Pilates, Zumba and cycling. This happens six days a week I entrenamiento.después workout I eat a protein bar with a banana or Kashi frutaluego dinner at 8, which would be a new bean salad or tuna or chicken or to a veggie burger. My sound can not be systematic? Am I missing something? or am I too eat. I cheated and ate meatballs today, 3 CUS havent had in months! I have heard and protein shakes are ideal for after training, but all these powders “and I’m not bodybuilding I do not get hoarse monotone. Protein Shakes are great for women?” And I exercise a lot ? Please help.

I want a workout routine for a good house wife of 27 years. I do not mind working day. In fact, I work on. I just need a routine that will give me results without the gym or equipment. I am 21 years old, about 5’1 “and I weigh about 125 pounds. I want to be thinner and also get some clues about the definition. I have a gym membership I never use, and I am not very active at the time but I want to get into a routine that could keep about three days a week or more.

I am a 1200 calorie diet. I am in my twenty years later. I know I burn more calories than they consume, but how an average person on a diet of 2,000 calories without exercise routine?
